What happens after you submit content

After submission, your delivery package is reviewed, staff may request changes, and approved content may move into licensing before publishing.

What happens after you submit content

Once your delivery package is submitted, it enters the internal review queue.

Typical stages

  1. Submitted
  2. Under review
  3. Needs more information or changes
  4. Approved or rejected
  5. Licensing and publishing prep if approved

If changes are needed

Staff may email you with requested updates and ask for an updated delivery folder.

If approved

You may receive a licensing agreement before the content is published.
