Public Submissions
Submit Content to NDO for Review
Anyone can use this page to submit a review-ready external delivery folder. Public submissions are limited to 3 per email to protect the review queue, and every package should now include a transparent title logo when one is available.
Review-ready folder
Use a shared Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, or Box folder that stays accessible during review.
Artwork plus logo
Include thumbnail, hero banner, and a transparent PNG or WEBP title logo when the title has official branding.
Metadata that matches
Titles, series names, episode ordering, captions, and artwork should all match the submitted content exactly.
Public Submission Intake
Submit a review-ready delivery folder
Use a Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, or similar shared folder. Do not upload the assets directly to NDO. The delivery folder should match the required package format in the Content Delivery Specifications.
Required delivery package
1. A shared delivery folder link that stays accessible during review.
2. Final master video file in `.mp4` or `.mov` format.
3. Final 16:9 thumbnail in `.jpg`, `.png`, or `.webp`.
4. Final banner / hero art in `.jpg`, `.png`, or `.webp`.
5. Transparent title logo in `.png` or `.webp` when available.
6. Final captions in `.srt` or `.vtt`.
Recommended folder format
Keep the shared folder organized exactly like this so review is fast and every asset is easy to verify.
title-slug/ title-slug-master.mp4 title-slug-thumbnail.webp title-slug-banner.webp title-slug-logo.png title-slug-captions.srt readme.txt (optional notes)
Use the public title slug or a close slug-safe variation so the package is easy to match during review, licensing, and publishing.
Accepted delivery sources
Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, Box, or another review-safe link is fine as long as the folder remains accessible and the files do not require us to guess which asset is which.
Contract note
Accepted submissions still go through licensing review. For now, those contracts are Pre-Monetization (Future Revenue Share Applies Upon Activation), meaning future revenue share becomes eligible once platform monetization is active and the title is approved for release.
