Knowledge Base Article

Use the guidance below first, then open support if you still need help with this workflow.

How to submit content to NDO

NDO submissions are review packages, not direct file uploads into the platform.

What to submit

Provide one delivery folder link using Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, Box, or another shareable folder provider.

What the folder should include

  • final master video file
  • final thumbnail
  • final banner or hero art if required
  • final captions if available

Important

Your delivery folder should be organized clearly and named in a way that makes the package easy to review.

Contract requirement

Before content can be accepted, the submitter must agree that they may be asked to sign an NDO licensing agreement.

Current submission approvals are treated as:

**Pre-Monetization (Future Revenue Share Applies Upon Activation)**

That means when monetization becomes active on the platform, approved content may become eligible for future revenue share based on performance analytics and monetization status.

Need the exact format?

Open the Content Delivery Specifications link from the submissions page before submitting.
