Why an invite code may not work

If your invite code is not being accepted, the most common reasons are below.

Common causes

  • the code was already redeemed
  • the code expired
  • the code was entered with a typo
  • the code belongs to a different email or access flow
  • invite access is no longer available for that code

What to do next

  1. Copy and paste the code instead of typing it manually.
  2. Make sure you are using the expected email address.
  3. Confirm the code is still valid with the person or team that gave it to you.
