How workspace and admin access works
NDO Workspace is an internal operations area for staff and approved admin roles.
Access is role-based
Workspace visibility depends on your assigned role. Users without the correct role will not see or enter admin tools.
Common admin access issues
- a user expects workspace access but only has a viewer role
- a creator expects studio permissions that were never linked
- an admin role was changed but the session was not refreshed
What to do
If you believe you should have workspace access:
- confirm your assigned role
- sign out and back in
- contact support or internal ops if the issue remains
