  • the page where it happened
  • what you expected to happen
  • what happened instead
  • whether you can reproduce it
  • screenshots if useful

Helpful examples

  • invite code page fails after submission
  • search returns no results for valid content
  • a video card opens the wrong title
  • a creator request does not update status correctly
