How memberships and billing work on NDO
NDO can operate in different access modes depending on platform settings.
When a subscription is required
If subscriptions are enabled, users may be required to choose an active plan before they can access the full site.
If subscriptions are temporarily disabled
Users may still create an account and access content while the subscription gate is off. If it is turned back on later, users may be required to select a plan before continuing.
Payment issues
If your payment fails:
- confirm your billing details
- verify the card is active
- try again with a supported payment method
- check whether your bank blocked the transaction
Still billed but no access?
Contact support and include:
- your account email
- the date of the billing attempt
- the plan you expected to receive
