How licensing and future revenue share works

Approved content may require a licensing contract before it appears on the site, and future revenue share only applies after monetization becomes active.

How licensing and future revenue share works

Licensing is how NDO formalizes the right to publish and distribute creator content on the platform.

What happens after approval

If your content is approved, you may receive a contract for review and signature before the content is published on the site.

Current monetization model

For now, many approvals use:

**Pre-Monetization (Future Revenue Share Applies Upon Activation)**

This means:

  • your content can move through review and approval
  • monetization may not be active yet
  • future revenue share can apply once monetization is turned on and the content becomes eligible

What to expect

Contract timing can vary depending on review queue, title type, and publishing readiness.

If you have a contract-specific question, contact support and include your creator name, submission title, and any contract number you received.
